The Transaction Application Server is the keynote project for Solid Rock. Providing the backbone for the modern multi-tier software, application servers have in recent years gotten more and more mainline press. Not to mention attention by comercial software vendors.

Although there are many commercially available app servers on the market, none of them meet the design constrains required of TAS or level of control and quality that Solid Rock desires of its application server infrastructure.

Version 2 of TAS, code-named ¨Goldfish¨ is the culmination of several years of on the side development combined with many experiences and lessons learned ¨on the job¨.
